I actually have been coming here for no good reason other than the convenience of location. truthfully they are using sub par product, They over charge quite often with no explanation, and then if you say anything no one understands english. I hope they get shut down for stealing peoples hard earned money. Don't go here if you don't want constant breakage after only a couple of days, Don't go here unless you just want to waste your money like I've been doing. I won't be back!

I've gone here so many times and have had a moderate to great experience. I went today for a manicure and was so upset. The basic manicure, which I asked for is $13. I know gel/shellac is $5 more, but was charged $25, with no explanation. The technician didn't talk to me the entire time, I was not offered ANYTHING to drink (and I am HEAVILY pregnant), and for that price, I would've expected a hand massage or something with a smile. I'll probably go back another time or so to see if there is any better consistency, but this was supposed to be a special outing before my baby is born. So disappointed.
Jan S. is lying, you cannot be 30+ minutes late to an appt and expect Sheila to stop the rest of her day because you cannot be on time. Sheila is nothing but the best and does nothing but aim to make each individual happy and satisfied with their results ! Love it !
I can't believe that someone would say Sheila "needs to be nicer!" She is the most accommodating & nicest person! I love coming here!!! I always leave happy. She is extremely easy to talk to!!! Love you Sheila!!!
Terrible customer service - Sheila lost a customer today. I have been going here several months trying to support her new but today was last. She needs to be a little nicer if she wants to stay in business.

I have gone to Luxy nails twice a month for the past year. Although it was never great, it is around the corner from where I live. I went today for a mani/pedi. Sam took care of my nails, but was unable to do my pedi as she had another appt. The woman I had did not speak much English. She cut the side of my toe with the cuticle clippers, ouch in any language can be understood!!!! She acted like nothing happened, even though I was bleeding onto the towel! As I was leaving I wanted the owner to know in case it became infected. So she had Sam translate. The owner said I had a swollen toe whatever that is and dismissed me. The problem with that is I know she speaks English just fine, After getting home I became more angry, I called and asked for the owner, she answered in ENGLISH! I told I was reporting her and writing this review. I told her I just wanted her to know what happened but because she treated me like crap, she gets this and my bill form urgent care. As I sit here with a throbbing toe, I want to say, ladies we pay alot for this service and should speak up when we do not receive it!!!!
I found this salon by reading reviews so I thought I should leave a review! I went in on a Friday with one of my girls, and boy was this place busy! Great atmosphere! I asked for Dana, since a lot of the reviews I have read have been on her. I had to wait 40 minutes, as was expected because they were so busy! Everyone at the spa was really nice, and they all tried to take turns greeting people as they came in and out. My daughter and I both wanted full sets. I got pink and white, and because the spa was so busy, I asked if she could go ahead and do my daughter too since she was right next to me. Dana explained she couldnt take care of her unless it was a request or it was her turn. which I didnt understand. Anyway; it worked out that Dana could take care of both of us after she asked her boss, and while taking care of my daughter when I was finished, one of the Asian girls that sits in the corner asked Dana what she charges for "glitter tip" which is what my daughter was getting. After answering this girls questions, she rudely asked why Dana was taking care of both of us, and then looked at her work. As a business owner It really upset me to see another coworker treat someone that works with them this way. her demeanor was terrible! I asked Dana if that was her boss, she said that she was just a coworker. She didnt shed much light on the situation although I could tell that this girl was really picking on her. Over all my nail experience at Luxy with Dana was AWESOME, and so was my daughters. It says alot about someone who doesn't loose their cool when someone else is really giving them a hard time in front of their customers. I look forward to visiting this Spa again! 3 weeks and no lifting..and no yellowing. Not to mention..this place is really clean!
Must agree that I had a great nail experience at Luxy. my girlfriend and I went to luxy for pedis, I got a full set and Linda got gel.. both american girls took care of us. I had Dana...and I must say, (not that I didnt think she knew what she was doing, ive just never had an american take care of me, its always been Asians ) but she gave me the best pedicure Ive ever had. Removed a toenail that was giving me terrible pain..without me even flinching...When we walked in, we thought the american girls were just front desk workers, both very friendly, and took us back right away. Linda had Naomi, and couldnt say enough good things about her. As for my full set, I had pink and white...its been 3 weeks....I am due for a fill..but not one has lifting. I am completely impressed and thrilled to find two american girls in a foreign shop that offer such great services! Place was clean, and everyone was friendly...The wine was a plus too! see you soon girls!
