Papa Johns Pizza

I was told our pizza would be delivered in 45 min. After an hour and 15 minutes I called to check on the status and make sure they had our correct address. I told him I was calling to check on our pizza and before I could finish my sentence I was rudely cut off and told the delivery time is 3 hours. I told him when I ordered it I was told 45 minutes. He then yelled,"ma'am what is your problem?" He then said it was out for delivery and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I told him no and asked to talk to the manager. He said,"you're talking to him!" So I asked for the number to customer service, he rattled off the number and hung up on me. It's been an hour and 45 minutes since I ordered and still no pizza has been delivered. I have never been treated so rude ever!

We ordered our pizza and it took 1 hour and 50 mins before our pizza was delivered to our house. When we finally got our pizza the delivery guy said it was because they were short staffed and cause of the weather. The weather has been sunny for the 5 days. We called the store 3 times and each time they said it was on the way. The delivery guy also told is the pizza should still be good. The pizza was cold. Worst service ever. Will never waste our time or money on Papa Johns pizza again

Pizza has always been great from this location, customer service has been okay, but what the heck is that they served and tried to call them breadsticks? Biggest waste of dough I have ever tasted. No flavor at all. It was like they just baked some dough with no seasoning or anything at all. Surely that is not that actual recipe??

they didn't give me my pizza for 6 hours I called and they hung up Everytume I asked and when I got the pizza the driver was drunk and threw up on my pizza

This place has the worst service ever. It took them over three hours to deliver my pizza and when I called the manager hung up on me or would not answer the phone. When the driver finally arrived, he was so stoned that he fell in my front yard and my husband ending up calling the police on him because he couldn't drive. I will never order from this location again, and for that matter PapaJohn's! Which stinks because I do like there pizza.

We ordered a pizza on a typical Friday night. It did not arrive for 4 HOURS. I made 6 phone calls to the store and they gave excuse after excuse. The pizza FINALLY arrived at about 4am and was cold and not appetizing at all. The employees are generally rude on the phone and they have no sense of customer service. I have NEVER ordered from this location after 4 bad experiences with it. I use the Papa Johns on the I-240 service road now.

Their pizza is always fresh and good! Delivery is quick too.
