We just recently had our second experience buying car(s) from JCF - Yukon. Both were excellent!The first time, we had Isaac as our salesperson and he worked very hard to find us the perfect F150 in our price range. I cannot stress enough how wonderful he was! That was 4 years ago.This past weekend we went back and since Isaac is now a manager (no surprise!), he hooked us up with Robyn, who was equally amazing! We were trading in our truck to get a new Explorer and a used second car. Robyn worked very hard to find us the perfect combination to keep us in our budget and never pressured us to increase our spending allowance. She finally found us a car at another dealership and was able to get it down to us.When we got to test drive the used Dodge from another dealership, it had problems. Joe Cooper agreed to have the car fixed, gave us a very nice loaner F150, and still told us that if we weren't satisfied with the Dodge after it came back from the shop, we could still walk away. This was all arranged and taken care of by Daniel, who was also great. I was worried that we would be told, "Used cars come as-is" and end up back at square one, but that was not the case at all.Other people we dealt with were Robert, who was nice and upfront about the trade-in quote of the truck, even though we felt like it was worth a little more.Andrea also was there because she and my husband had emailed about some other used vehicles that didn't actually get to the dealership that day. We were not sure why she was actually part of our process, but she was nice. She was kind of scatterbrained though.Some critiques now:The new "No-hassle pricing" is supposed to be better for the buyer because there is no "running back and forth to the manager to approve a negotiation.....blah blah blah". For the buyer, what this truly means is "No Negotiating" and "Way less hassle for the salesPERSON". Although I felt like the pricing on the Explorer and Dodge were fair, I really felt like the trade-in should have been about $1000 higher based on multiple online quotes (KBB, Autotrader, etc). Even if we had been able to just negotiate an extra $500, that would have put our financing IN the budget and not $300 over. I wasn't too upset since that is not much, but I wasn't impressed with "No-Hassle Pricing". In the long run, the dealership ended up putting another $500 into the used Dodge before we picked it up yesterday, so I feel like overall, it was exactly what we were going for.We will continue to purchase vehicles from JCF- Yukon and will recommend them to our friends and family.
I had an awesome experience with Westpointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I contacted them inquiring about a 2001 basic model Jeep Wrangler that caught my eye, and they ended up actually being able to get me in a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, Call of Duty Black Ops Edition. Doug, JJ, and Frank went above and beyond to to get me squared away and in a vehicle that I liked. I have less than perfect credit, and they got me a similar payment to what my truck was that I traded in, half the interest rate as my truck loan, and no down payment. I couldn't have asked for better service.
I have bought cars many times in my life and I have been a salesman so I know how the business works. I have never had a better, more honest experience with a dealership. I just bought a 2013 Challenger from them. I first called and worked everything out via the phone because I knew exactly what numbers and particulars I had to get to before I would even consider coming in. I live in Tulsa so I needed everything partially worked out before making the drive. Not only did the dealership work out what I needed, they didn't lie or try to change a thing when I came in.
I had to use service station for mechanical errors, I had no idea the great customer support I got from the employees here. I was left high and dry by the insurance company with bs excuses why they wouldn't fix my car. Steph and Cash both helped me from beginning to end to help me get back on the road. They covered all the repairs and rental the insurance company wouldn't, with no money out of pocket. The best company I've ever dealt with. They take care of their customers. I will refer everyone here, I'm a customer for life.
Ashon was great! i wasn't sure i really wanted a jeep but he was patient and let me drive numerous models and me and my little girl fell over the dragon. Noway montoya was great too. i can't remember the finance guys name (and i should) but he was very helpful and did exactly as i asked and worked fast so we didn't have to stay there too long. was apprehensive at first, but i would (and have) recommend them to anyone. I have purchased 2 vehicles from West Point Chrysler, jeep & Dodge. I have all my service maintenance on all 3 of my vehicles completed at the dealership too. It is a family type environment, and they have some of the nicest people to deal with too. I will continue to do business with this dealership as long as they are in business. I would recommend this dealership to all my Family and friends.
Searching for a first vehicle for our daughter, Jone has kept us informed of all trade in jeeps that met our needs and price. She contacted us immediately when 2 became available and we found a trade in that was perfect. In a matter of 30 min we purchased her jeep. Very satisfied with the service and the price. It was a surprise and everyone joined in our celebration wonderful experience.
Came in to the store to see if I could get a truck without wanting to kill the salesperson. I don't like going to buy at the dealership until I have to. Had not bought here before, so I have to tell everyone how cool of a place it is. Blake knew a lot about the Ram and did not BS me on my trade in. I got the truck I wanted and more for the 07 than expected. Great experience.
We had the best experience at this dealership. They made it so easy to just pick up our new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock. No waiting for long period of time to do our paperwork. The people were very friendly. Our wonderful salesman Carlos Watson was so helpful and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
