I can't even rate this place of "Business" this place is AWFUL! Problem #1 I get a random call saying I have 2 past due payments that need to be paid. I tell the boy (Jamie is his name) that I have never been late on my payments. So I ask for a statement showing where I was late. He replies "We don't send Out statements" I being the customer have to right to show ON PAPER where I have fallen short on my payments. But Jamie argues with me saying they don't send out statements and he will not send one to me. He also added a rude comment saying "Whether I believe in late or not I will still have to pay the late fee of $30" Without ever receiving a statement I pay the late fee as I was TOLD to do. A month goes by and I call to get my balance ( making sure I'm not being charged any different fees) and the polite girl I spoke with told me she doesn't see ANY late fees on my account and said she'd send me something in the mail showing me I have never been late. Which I received only a few days after speaking with her. A few months go by and I call and ask what my pay off is. I write a check for the amount I was told my pay off was... The very month after that I recieve another random call saying I owe $24. No big deal EXCEPT for the fact I asked what my pay off was the month before and paid the amount I was told to. So I call Regional finance back and ask what the $24 charge is for and I get the honor of speaking with JAMIE again. He gets rude wih me once again so I ask if there's anoyone above him I can speak to. He says "yes I can give you my bosses number" then says quickly "actually she's in a meeting I'll have her call you back in the morning." I ask for her number and he says "I'll just have her call you" and he hangs up on me. This boy is AWFUL!

Bad service. Used them for a while just to have them mess up my account and not care. They really went to crap after Patty retired. And to think they call themselves a local bank! Try another bank. This one is going down hill
I never thought I'd love a bank so much! My mother has IBC and she's had more trouble with that bank than I can say. But Arvest is the complete opposite! They have late hours for convenience, I can deposit checks in the ATM and they have amazing customer service! My debit card information was stolen once and used in the middle of the night. I got a call from Arvest at 7am and they had already put a hold on the transaction. They canceled the card and sent me a new one before any money was lost! I've always received courteous prompt service and I can't think of a single issue I've had with them. I currently have 3 accounts with them and everything runs smoothly thank to the people at Arvest.
