This place was good before the new management took over in December of 2015, now its a joke. The new manager is the rude and unprofessiinal. Customer don't like her and her employees get a lot of complaints about her and that she's weird. There's personal I'd theft going on, they'll ask you for email address under the rouse of sending you package notifications, then turn around and lie and say they don't do that and never asked. Sensitive mail going missing, four insurance cards. I'm currently trying to terminate my mail box, I've made three special trips to do it, the first two times no one was there who could help me and today Samantha refused to refund my refundable key deposit, so now I have to file complaints against the business and a charge despite with my bank. These are only a few of the issues I've had since the management changed. Of course its always someone else and never her. She even started bad mouthing me to another employee while I was still there.
OK I ordered business cards over a month ago and they can't tell me when they will arrive! !! Hummmmm is all the guy could say ....really what's wrong with the employees duh and uuummm ......do you drug test people or just hire the dumb and dumber..
