I have walked into this store in hopes they could solve my issues and walked out with even more problems. The staff doesnt know what they are doing. When getting a new line added under my fiancé's account, they lost her phone number when importing mine from AT&T. Her phone number was not even recognized and all service was cut from it. She had a phone with no service for over 2 days. The manager said I have never seen this happen before. I find that hard to believe. The sales rep enrolled us in the more expensive family plan and there was an additional $110 fee on our bill because it was pro rated which I was never told about. I get dropped calls at my house which is in a metropolitan area of over 70,000 people. Sprint is terrible and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. This store is even worse.
This is the only Sprint store in the area and it is absolutely horrible. I would actually prefer to drive an hour to Roseville or Sacramento or even to Chico to get service from them. The staff that is there does not seem to care at all they seem to be having fun with each other more than working with customers. They have loud music playing and they do not greet people they do not seem to know anything about the products they are selling. You will either come into the store and there will be no staff members at all or they will be five or six altogether not really willing or wanting to assist you. I have actually called and complained to the district and I do not believe they have done anything to correct it or if they do they just hire new staff members that don't seem to be helpful. I understand that this may not be these people's life calling as a career, but they still need to be helpful. This is customer service and we pay a lot of money for this horrible service.
I am so unbelievably pissed off. I pay 13 dollars a month for insurance and ive never used it. I crack my screen and they wont fix it. They want me to pay 200.00 for another phone. Now why the hell do I have to pay 200 deductible for a galaxy 5? I can pay 100 to fix the screen. Then i try to shut off my phone and they refuse to let me cause they just started a new billing cycle. So i have to keep a broken phone and pay for another month... DONT GET SPRINT! AND DEF dont get the insurance, i promise you its not worth it! And I also have screenshots, theyw kept me on the phone for almost 2 hours and refused to shut off my service because its 2 days into the next billing cycle. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH SPRINT EVER AGAIN

Awful customer service and an inept staff. Ordered a new couch and two chairs on November 1, it's still not here, still in their wear house even though and got a call they wouldn't be in until Jan.... Even though they promised they be here before Christmas. Very very close to canceling my order all together. Take your money elsewhere, I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from this place.
They were very helpful..however not being VErizon Inc.....they charged us insurance up front.....Verizon doesn't work that way!!!!!!

The guys at Sell Phones are great! I was sure I was out of luck when I broke my phone until I came here. Not only do they have a wide range of phones for sale for all service providers but they also fix phones! A shining team member named Gary, gave me the best service and educated me on all the options I had, repairing my phone was the most economical way for me and even better took only 30 mins to get my phone looking brand new again! Thank You Sell Phones!! Yuba City needed a place like this!
