The word company in all of Yuba Sutter county. The attitudes of the people in the office are like none other. Be careful is all I can say if you are going to rent from this company make sure you have the money for an attorney just to be treated the right way. They hire tweekers for the handymen work they do horrible jod leave a mess in the thing the so call (fix). Just going to finish this off by I tried to warn you

I'm thankful for Sierra pacific management for helping me and my family out though out the years I've lived in there department. They've taking wonderful care for my family, we've had a kitchen fire at a time and our manager Alan let my family stay at a hotel while they work on the unit along with charren who took my daughters pet to her house to maintain her while they fixed up the kitchen. Josie was relieving my stress by calming me down and staying everything was going to be alright. I'd like to give a huge thanks to our fire department for beig there for us when I needed them. I have no Idea what my life would be like with out these wonderful people who've helped me though out the good&bad. This is a great Company. I highly recommend Sierra Pacific as trustworthy,loving and friendly management. Thank you so much for your guys time for being there!

Sierra Pacific Property Management lied to me while I was renting a house from them. They basically told me that it wasn't the homeowner's responsibility to provide a safe home for their renters. Along with the rusty nails sticking out of the fence, there were several screws, nails and bobby pins in the carpet when I moved in and the blinds and cabinets were dirty. Now, after having the rickety fence stabilized and a gate put in, making it easier for them to rent, they are charging me for new blinds throughout the house. They lie that they were new when I moved in. Aside from neglecting to protect my child from tetanus, I thought they were nice enough. But now after being lied to and cheated out of $100 I wouldn't rent from this company again. Unacceptable!

Trident has managed our rental property for many years. My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism provided. Living out of state has made it difficult for us to manage and oversee our home and our tenants. Our Manager and the staff at Trident has always been friendly, professional and has been quick to help us with any questions we have about our rental property. It has been a pleasure working with them.
If renting from Trident Property Management know that when you move out it will be very hard to get your deposit back. They will charge your deposit for things that by the rental laws are unlawful for them to charge for. You will have to fight for your deposit. I would find another way to rent other than from this company. I will not use them again.
Over the last five years the commercial property management section has deteriorated significantly. A lack of internal consistency in communication and unfair practices within the complex have destroyed the confidence of several tenants. I highly recommend get everything in writing. If you do decide to overlook the multiple consumer complaints be cautious in your interactions.
