Metro by T-Mobile

I purchased a phone and ported my number from Metrounlimited-Colusa, the owners of this store. I did not like the phone, but loved the service, and purchased another phone and transferred my service . I went back to the store to return the phone that was under the seven days and under 10 minutes of time, the Manager, Muhammed , refused to take the phone back, stating that I had to cancel my service in order to return the phone. No where did it state in the MetroPCS Promise that I had to cancel my service in order to return the phone.



After I called MetroPCS corporate, they stated that I should get my money back, but I had to get it back from the store. I called Muhammed and shared what I learned from Corporate and he still refused to give me my money back. I then asked for the owner's name and he stated that he would not give it to me over the phone. That I need to go back to the store in order to get the name. Muhammed would not even give me his last name so that I could write a letter addressing the issues.



I would never recommend this store. Stay away. This store manager is not consumer friendly and if he were my employee, I would have fired him for his inappropriate actions.
