        Very polite and informed service

        They're incredibly welcoming and upbeat. They do a full inspection and clean the interior nicely. They explained all the procedures well and weren't pushy about choosing a higher-priced package. At the end they show you the dipstick to prove it's full and clean, and ask if you have any questions. My only complaint was the somewhat lengthy wait time (it wasn't busy), but it wasn't unbearable. They're definitely my new oil-change place!

        Very Unsatisfied

        I felt taken advantage of and I will never go back. Normally I go to Yuba City Quick Lube. The service is better, they prove to you that your air filter is dirty before they just replace it, and you get a car wash all for a lot cheaper.
