I would also give them zeros for everything. My husband was having a heart attack and they wet busy looking for batteries which is a delay in service and he ended up dying at the hospital, but they still expect me to pay the bill after contacting multiple times. Will end up taking to court.
Deplorable customer service - Extremely rude people on the phone. Bad attitude, zero sympathy for the people who were transported by their Ambulance company, no warmth, no understanding, and terribly mean. I will be glad to be done with them after my bill is paid! Nearly $300 for "Mileage" at $25+ per mile. Don't call them, they will only ruin your day and make you hang up on them! Rude rude rude - Supervisor, Manager, rude rude rude. Zero stars if I could.
