Never get your car repaired here! Dealership won't stand behind there work. Installed brakes on my vehicle and it vibrates terribly now. Said replace my brakes with 50% life left or deal with it. Service writer called me back after I filled out a survey addressing my experience and got attitude with me over the phone. Great customer service lolol. Don't know about you but i will spend my money elsewhere where the parts and labor warranty are fulfilled.
We brought our CX5 in for a broken latch on the center console. Service department said it would be 5 days for the part to come in. 5 weeks later, after multiple calls from me (with promises to call back but never happened) we get a message that the part was in, we have 10 days to reply. No apology for the delay. Or for misplacing the part for a week, delaying getting my vehicle fixed. Finally get an appointment a week later, it was fixed quickly however they declined to do a recommended service because a loaner wasn't available. Taking my business elsewhere. Sad thing is we were ready to purchase another Mazda...not here though
Come here to get my Corolla serviced. The team does a good job and the service gets done in a decent amount of time. Employees provide great customer service.
I bought a 2004 Ford Explorer sports trac after 1 plus yrs I had to get it smog and found out that the catalyst converter was not the right one for my ford and would not pass smog so I called Harold and told him that he sold me a vehicle illegally but said he would help out to make it right well my catalyst cost me 200 to purchase and 150 dollars for repairs so I called and text him for several weeks no answer finally he answered me and said he would only pay me 50.00 dollars which I had to argue for him to pay half my expense on the work , I was totally disappointed how he handle the situation he could have done better in handling this much better

Good experience. They are new but seemed really busy and had great customer service. I didn't end up buying today but will definitely be back to buy my Altima.
Would not accommodate me after purchasing my Vehicle at their dealership. The service manager would only repeat the same statement over and over and not answer my questions. Never have I been so offended and treated so disrespectfully. After reading the other reviews I guess it's the normal thing by the service manager Eric. What a joke let's treat small town customers like jerks and expect to get return customers. Way to represent GM and turn away customers.
I took my 2003 Honda Accord in to get a power steering hose in due to a recall. The driver scuffed my sideskirt bad on the curb, and they say there is nothing they can do about it.
I would have to agree with the person above.. I would never let anyone i know buy a car from here i felt used and lied to these people lied to me... I am so upset and cant even enjoy being a first time car buyer.... The worst experience ever. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT YUBA CITY TOYOTA, LET ALONE BUY THEY LIE AND MANIPULATE YOU. They dont even deserve the one star i gave them
