The first time I used Andys was was ok , the second time was so BIZZARE THAT I wouldnt ever recommend this place to anyone. They were suppose to replace my tie rod ends upper an lower ball joints on my 2002 ford ranger also new shocks basically a whole new front end.the bill was 1250 . they only replaced 1 tie rod end an everyone knos do one do both they did not do upper an lower ball joints only lower. when i got it back I thought it rode pretty bad to of had new shocks , when I went to get new tires an had les swab line up my front end they ask me who did your shocks they didnt even put the rubber on them, so I took to a mechanic friend of mine what he discovered was very BIZZARE he tol me I was very lucky I hadnt got killed ,the shocks were so loose he cud move with his hand .what he saw he tol me no mechanic would ever do. He tol me he did not believe in reporting a business , but he said this was definitely something that should be reported to every one that I could report them to .He also stated I should take them to court an that i was a lucky lady that I hadnt got killed .I took my truck back they put the rubber on the shocks an that was it an wasnt very apologetic either/I personally wouldnt take my vehicle in for a oil change they definitely lost a good customer an they never gave a reason for this mechanics dont make this huge of a mistake no way an I have pictures to prove this
Never get your car repaired here! Dealership won't stand behind there work. Installed brakes on my vehicle and it vibrates terribly now. Said replace my brakes with 50% life left or deal with it. Service writer called me back after I filled out a survey addressing my experience and got attitude with me over the phone. Great customer service lolol. Don't know about you but i will spend my money elsewhere where the parts and labor warranty are fulfilled.

Got the feeling that because I didn't know much about cars that I was considered stupid, but that's my interpretation. Maybe he was just have a bad day, each day I came. I've used the service three times over the last 25 years. But, I care more about the quality of the work and the fairness of the price than I do whether or not the guy likes me.
We brought our CX5 in for a broken latch on the center console. Service department said it would be 5 days for the part to come in. 5 weeks later, after multiple calls from me (with promises to call back but never happened) we get a message that the part was in, we have 10 days to reply. No apology for the delay. Or for misplacing the part for a week, delaying getting my vehicle fixed. Finally get an appointment a week later, it was fixed quickly however they declined to do a recommended service because a loaner wasn't available. Taking my business elsewhere. Sad thing is we were ready to purchase another Mazda...not here though

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!I am still in shock at the way I was just treated by an employee or owner of this business. I don't know his name, but he has blonde hair and it was in a bun. I had called earlier in the day to ask how late they are open as I work in Sacramento. I was told they stay open until 5:00 and as long as I was there before that time, I would be fine. I arrived at 4:50. No one was around, but then I saw someone leaving and I inquired if he worked there. He said he did and I said I was there for an estimate. He brushed me off saying the computers were shut down and that the "people" were already working on them because they work on them everyday at 5:00, and since it was... (looks at his watch, sees it was before 5), and then says nothing. Then he says, "Well I don't know what you want me to do?" I wasn't sure how to answer that, so I said I was just looking for an estimate. He said he can't do anything without the computers. He was so brusque and rude, and clearly in a hurry to leave, and did not seem to care that it was not yet 5:00. If he had told me that he was sorry, but he had to be somewhere and could I come back the next day, I would have been totally fine, but he was treating me like the dirt under his shoe. I finally just said to never mind, since he obviously did not want my business. He then walked away and that was that. There are so many other places you can go where you will be well treated. Don't waste your time and money on a business who just doesn't care if you give them your business. It was a sad way to end the afternoon. I will go elsewhere. I hope you will too. That is the only way people with that kind of attitude will learn.
