The only reason I go there is because of Dr. Karasinski i would never ever go there. The front desk staff are horrible.

Coreena Conley works for Amphla health, she is the only one who left a five star rating. Shame on you!This place is a disastrous Government run nightmare, stay away at all cost. I just walked in here at 3:30 and received horrible customer service, it was like I bothered the girls talk time just to ask if my sick child could be seen. They have all the blinds but one closed at their stations!
They are suppose to be open on there posted hours but 30 minets till close they will not answer the phone so you can ask a simple quick question. I had enough time after calling them to drive there and park in front on the building 7 minets before close and the doors are locked, at this point I could see the two office people there and I called again and they just sit there and will not answer the phone. I would not recommend wasting your time with ampla health in yuba city, California.
Horribly disrespectful and unhelpful staff. Medical personnel display little interest or knowledge and barely even examine you, let alone listen to you speak. Always a humiliating experience.
Worst and rudest staff I have ever encountered. Constantly being hung up on After 40 minute hold times. 3 and a half week wait for an appointment that is life threatening. And no help from staff when trying to expedite a sooner appointment. Just dead air then being hung up on. Worst hospital ever!
Worst place ever!!! The Waiting was the worst.. Do your self a favor don't even bother going here. They need to take over an hour to call your insurance and register you. Really!!! And even if you have an appointment! Guest what you still wait!!!
Disrespectful staff at both their pediatric office and their main medical office. Twice I took my newborn in (one for a normal physical and once for a cough) both times I arrived 10 min. early just to wait in the waiting room for an additional 30 min. and then be told I had another 20 min. wait because I came at the wrong appointment time (when I absolutely 100% did not come at the wrong appointment time). Loved my Dr. there which is the only reason this rating gets even one star, but the actual medical staff in the front office and answering phone calls are horrible and make me never want to go or call them again. Just today I tried to call the medical office and speak with their billing department regarding my sons insurance and they told me no one was available and I would just have to try to call back later because they don't have a voicemail or any way to leave a message for their billing department. What kind of medical establishment doesnt have any answering machine or voicemail? Horrible place to do any sort of business with. In additional I immediately switched all three of my kids to a different pediatrician and have been totally happy with the services received. Do not waste your time trying to deal with the incompetent staff at Ampla.
great doctor, i am 64 and have never had a better doctor. honest, caring, down to earth guy. takes time during appointments. you will be happy with his knowledge, and friendly manner. i can't give high enough praise after being seen by him for over ten years
Extremely disrespectful to patients!!!!!I was seen by one of the PA's and she was so disrespectful. She barely listened to anything i was explaining about my condition, i had been sick almost a week. She kept talking over everything i said. Not only that, but after she told me to take regular off the shelf medication, she started to walk out of the room while i was talking to her about my condition. I got up as well because she was already at the door. Im still asking her questions and she already walking away down the hallway and im standing outside the room i was in!!!!!! She barely answered any questions and just kept talking over me telling me to take the medicine, but didnt answer anything else. She was literally all the way down the hallway turning her head back talking to me. She was so disrespectful! Doctors are supposed to sit there and address your concerns and listen to you and answer any questions you have. NOT!!! walk away while you are speaking to them! And on top of that she didnt want to give me a doctors note for work. She said "you want a doctors note for a cough?" NOO, i need it because of all the other things that are going on with my body that you're not listening to! Then, she had the nerve to say "you know you're not going to get paid if you dont work, do you have children you support or anyone else you support?" She's lucky im not going to mention her name right here. Absolutely ridiculous.
I took my newborn for her 4 week check up. They called us an hour ahead to let us know we'd be seeing a diff doctor because ours had just quit. Once we got there they told us her medical couldn't be accepted and that her fathers insurance wasn't going through. We called both insurances and they said her insurance was working and that we couldn't be denied. They wouldn't even let us pay the appointment because we had insurance? I honestly think the doctor they switched us to couldn't fit us in. So sad my daughter later saw Dr. wy at peach tree and she diagnosed with hip dysplasia. If she had been seen sooner it could have been prevented. Go see Dr. Wy she's awesome!
