I'm not big on complaints made this way, but the treatment that I just received at this car wash warrants letting somebody, anybody know. I would like for the Owners to be made aware as well. Upon entering the car wash, I asked the young thin fellow taking the $ if possible to pay attention to my bumper as I have to travel down a dirt road each day & This can be a problem spot. Now I only know to do this because another Car wash owner (Mr. Bubble on Grove Dr.) has told me to come on back around if its not all the way clean & we can run you thru again no problem. So apparently its not unheard of other places. The Scrub a hub employees repone was "If its just dirt, it should come off" OK, no problem. I go thru, my truck is clean enough for me for $5, however my bumper is still dirty. I pull around & another car is in the process of having the bumpers & tires cleaned with one employee on each side. As I approach the employee that I spoke with about the bumper, he looks to the other employee and says " Yeah, I called that!!" I'm assuming to suggest that he knew that I would pull back around. This guy immediately says to me "I'm not gonna argue with you, just pull in!!" now mind you I haven't said a word yet, I was gonna ask him to take a look at the remaining dirt all over my bumper. "Arguing" with him was the farthest thing from my mind. Its really sad to me that the young man felt the need to take such a nasty approach with a customer. Never again will I return & anyone who asks me, I will tell to stay away. No one deserves to be treated badly or made to feel bad because the want what they paid for. Clearly after being talked to that way I wasn't pulling my car back thru, the guy had the whole wrong approach & should find a job not customer service related.
