Cars are in very poor condition, not clean. I got a car with a non-functional left turn-signal that I found out about driving for couple of hundreds mile.Staff is not very supportive as well. They gave me a car one below the category that I booked online.
I am very upset with your new policy where you have to schedule your rental car through the corporate office instead of your local office. Also, I do not like how you relocate staff about every 6 months. This is very bad customer service! This rating is corporate level only. The local store is awesome!
was satisfied with my service, just wish they had the Willow Run office open as it is closer for me. And usually end up paying for an extra day because they are not open on Sunday. So would have to go to Metro airport for weekend hours.
