THE WORST PLACE EVER!! Don't even think about buying a car from this place!!! The salesman sold me a car that had to be in shop four times within four months!! Each time I tried to talk to him about the problem with my car(it was just cutting off and not starting back up) he was avoiding my phone calls! The staff there are very rude!! They would put me on hold and never come back to the phone!!! The repair men kept my car for about two months, and lied about fixing my brakes on my car and didn't give paperwork to show proof of what they fixed!! Everyone I know that got a car from this place have had a terrible experience with them!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!
Overall a very positive experience- Very informative, non pushy sales people. I shopped around but at the end this was the place to buy for many reasons.
Fischer Honda is best represented by their recent advertising campaign. The dealership sent out a flyer with a "lottery ticket" glued to the front. You are led to believe that you have won $5000 with your winning combination of triple 7s. The fine print on the inside of the flyer is confusing, deceptive, and misleading...a very good representation of the dealership itself. I especially felt bad for the dozens of people wasting their lunch break thinking they were winner, and it was especially shameful to see one car dealer struggling to explain to an elderly couple why they actually hadn't won the $5000. The dealership knew exactly what they were doing, and this speaks a lot to the management and ownership.Overall, please avoid Fischer Honda dealership in Ypsilanti due to its dishonesty and obvious willingness to waster people's time with deceptive gimmicks. Fischer Honda's facilities are also unimpressive and the selection of cars is minimal. Go 15 minutes further west to Germain Honda in Ann Arbor where the representatives are polite, informative, and honest.
this is a good business if you need help finding a good car they can do that ask for Jeffery he is great 248-971-8954
tires 24 hours and offers chips to stranded motorists with the idea it would ease their mind receiving justures as kind as a bag of Cheetos.
Love this place. Bought my second car there a few years ago from Chris. Went in for an Oil Change & pulling into the parking lot my car started chugging and the Check Engine Light came on. Cody from service was nice &helpful. Took my car for repair on Thursday. Stuart was so nice and gave me good advice on my repair questions & options. The prices were great and it was all done with in one day. They have a very nice man driving their shuttle also!
Went there for a promotion salesman Eric teied to con me into buying a foreign jalopy, he then ran me and wife's credit 21 times to get us a loan with a bank and now they ruined our credit score with the hard inquiries!! We told them we'd go home and think about it. Later that night we get a knock on our front door its that freaking salesman from ypsi import auto wtf!! How he found my residency i dont know but we were really mad him coming to my home and stalking us to buy his crap dont go there they'll ruin your credit and stalk you after hours!!!!!!!
Ask for David R. Hernandez Great Salesman Very Helpful!!!
My wife and I just got a new Explorer and the dealer was awesome! Great family run dealer and our salesperson, Chris M was top notch. He answered all of our questions and everything went smoothly! Would go anywhere else!
We had new tie rod ends installed, an alignment performed, and the transmission filter and transmission oil changed on an older model Explorer. The prices were reasonable and the service was incredible. We took it in in the morning, and drove it home that afternoon! Gene Butman Ford's parts and service departments support Ford eCommerce, which is a major advantage for scheduling repairs and getting them done in a timely manner. I don't like having to have my cars fixed, but when I have to, Gene Butman is the place to go.
