I have been going daily (up to 3 times a day most weeks) since this sonic has opened. Unfortunately 8 out of every 10 times my drink is wrong and I end up dumping it out and adding what I wanted to begin with when I get home. I have called the manager, however this continues to happen. I do not know if the regular and diet buttons are close to each other on the machine are if the employees are not reading the screen correctly, but this needs to be addressed. There has NOT been one weekend that my drink order has been what I ordered!!!!
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT UPPER MANAGEMENT DRUG TEST THERE ASSISTANT MANAGERS. TO MANY CHIEFS AND NOT ENOUGH INDIANS. THE ASSISTANT MANAGERS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THERE WORKERS. MAYBE THAT THIS WHY YOU'LL HAVE A BIG TURN OVER RATE. IT ALWAYS STARTS WITH MANAGEMENT. AND REMEMBER THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
