I am choosing to review the last person I dealt with at Chabill's, because HE was very professional and made the situation as right as possible. He changed my mind about returning as a customer.
I had a flat on one of the set of tires that I had purchased in August - yes, two months ago. I took the car in, expecting the road hazard warranty to cover the majority of the cost of repair. (I ALWAYS purchase road hazard warranties for my tires.) Imagine my surprise when I was told that there was no warranty! (Let's just say that the original employee was about as helpful as a box of rocks, but I'm not reviewing him). I left with the intention of picking up my car with the brand new tire and never returning. Fortunately, when I did return to pick up the car, James Landry, the manager, was at the desk. He tracked down the original order, explained how the mistake could have happened, offered to put all the tires under warranty going forward and gave me a small discount card for a future purchase. The man was unfailingly pleasant and professional, even in the face of my obvious irritation. He did all he could to make a bad situation better.
My husband and I have been dealing with Chabill's for about six years now and our experiences to that point had always been pleasant and uneventful until last week. I am really happy that Mr. Landry was on duty when I returned because Chabill's is so convenient, and it's nice to have a company that will take me home when I have to leave the car.
Mr Landry resolved my problem calmly, patiently and professionally. He did a great job, and we will continue to deal with Chabill's.

Went to get an oil change and my brakes checked. Mitch and Ronnie got my vehicle in and out in a hurry. Very professional and I felt the pricing was fair too.

They broke my hub cabs while "trying" to perform a tire rotation. They said they would purchase a new set on them. A week later I had to call. Seems the manager forgot and said he would take care of it that day. The next day I had to call. The manager laughed and said they forgot again and would take care of it the same day. Never got a call or replaced the damaged hub cabs. NEVER AGAIN! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! GO SOME WHERES WHERE THEY RESPECT AND APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS!




Worst customer service ever! Even when you spend $1200 and have a problem, They are not willing to help you before being extremly rude! Trust me, go to another store!

Luckily the GM of Chabill's made it right.
