HORRIBLE!! They delivered my package to the wrong address and admitted to doing so and all I'm getting from them is an attitude and they keep saying that they keep knocking on door and there is no answer instead of a refund. It was a Christmas gift and a gift that can never be replaced!!
I mailed out 89 invitations on June 3rd there were missing for weeks some people got theirs like the 20th to 23rd some came back with no known address that live right down the street from me I don't know if it's because I'm held is going to Cleveland or what but our Postal System sucks today is July 1st and I still have invitation missing
The management at the USPS is downtown Youngstown is deplorable. On two occasions I have requested meeting with John Nock, supervisor of customer services and he refuses to meet
M-F clerk has the nastiest disposition I have have come across in a long time. Nothing but rude every time I have visited this branch. Actually rolls her eyes and discharges condescending sighs like a surly teenager if asked a question. Funny, she plays "Christian music," but acts like the Devil. Will only use this branch on Saturday when the "devil" is not in residence!

Worst service. Juanita has a real attitude and shouldn't be working with customers. She removed the pen from m hands as I tried to write my name. Wouldn't even let me finish writing my name and then talked to me like I was a piece of dirt in front of other customers. She has a real problem. No wonder they are going under. I wouldn't hire her if my life depended on it. Too bad they don't have negative stars to rate their workers.
