General Info

The North East Ohio Network, also known as NEON, serves individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities in northeastern Ohio. Founded in 1996, the organization provides waiver administration, compliance reviews, technical assistance, quality assurance, registered nursing, and local funding and supported living services to county members. The North East Ohio Network assists members in the waiver administration of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). It serves the Ashtabula, Columbiana, Geauga, Lake, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark and Wayne counties in Ohio. The organization also offers assistance in the areas of in-home and out-of-home respite care. The North East Ohio Network is located in Austintown, Ohio.
