Dairy Queen

always get good food from this dairy queen.... every time I was their they wore gloves....their chilly is out of this world....it tastes way better than any other dairy queen I have ever visited....I highly recommend this DQ.

This dairy queen is a very clean business and is far from anything from the review above. Everytime I go in the place looks spotless and they do wear gloves when dealing with food and never directly touch your food. The customer service is great and make it a point to make you feel welcomed, it is always a pleasure!

After observing the owner of the company take my money and then prepare food without washing his hands, I complained to the company. DQ apologized, forwarding my concerns to the owner. The owner then wrote me an extremely abrasive letter stating he "didn't need to wash his hands because [he] wore gloves." He proceeded to attack "the likes of people like [me]" and reminded me that he passed his inspection. It is not hard to wash hands in front of an inspector in order to pass inspection. Restaurants need to keep inspection standards for every customer, and an owner should be held to an even higher expectation. His lack of professionalism both behind the counter as well as his PR was despicable. After receiving his letter, I forwarded a copy to DQ headquarters. It astonishes me that they never followed through with anything more. I am left to assume DQ does not take this seriously. I do. Avoid this store if you care about safe food handling.
