Do not accept him as a court appointed for a criminal case. I was to receive drug court for a receiving stolen property when a felony one aggrevated robbery was pinned on me via photo array. After a year of sitting in the county jail unable to afford bond and not accepting a plea the prosecution offered to ammend the charges if i passed a polygraph exam at BCI.So on taxpayers dollars i was driven 4 1/2 hours to the crime lab to have the test administered. I knew I would be okay because i was truly innocent, The test was inconclusive, therefore I was not freed after a gruling year. Funny when I got to prison it was then that I found out I have a heart issue that explained the results of the polygraph. No longer can I work as a surgical nurse or have respect and dignity'. Yes my attorney failed to have my heart examined and the gas bill from the transport was much cheaper than the lawsuit I planned to file for false imprisonment.
