My son used to be with this company. The care he received was poor. Nonprofessionalism starts with the owner and is pervasive throughout the organization. A main concern was the actions of the staff. The majority had an uncaring attitude and lacked minimal skills in client care. The company administration was unorganized and failed on many occasions to keep updated records causing problems for hospital admisions and staff knowledge.Overall, the experience was disappointing.
Extremely disappointed and concerned that the Woodlands is in business. Unprofessional and very understaffed. I can only assume this is acceptable only because it's in Youngstown. I do not recommend.
Their employees were buying beer and alcohol for my girlfriend who suffered a severe stroke, also giving her cigarettes and brain washed her into leaving me because I was stealing her sad money. I spent $14000 taking care of her waiting on SSI and got back $7000 and she left. She helped her out on my computer in my house to change her payee. This women is a criminal, and has no right taking care of our love ones. What ever you do don't accept a comfort keeper named ZADA!!!#!###

This place never contacts me if there is ever a problem. I have a cpap machine with a sd card reader where it sends data automatically to these people. After I have sent it several times, they keep saying it is non compliant because I have not used it enough. I have used it every day, my mask probably leaks out which is why it is not showing it. But yet they just look at the numbers and they dont do anything if its not a certain amount of usage of what the sd card reader says.Now that is not the main reason why I am giving this 1 star (would rate it 0 stars if possible). They NEVER call me if there is a problem. I have talked to some people who said if there is a problem, they will contact me, usually within a couple days. Well they never contacted me at all. Figuring nothing was wrong, i decided to call them after 2 weeks of sending the information to see when my replacment parts was coming. And they said i was stil noncompliant and never did anything to send the information to my insurance or even called me saying they wasnt gonna send it because i apparently wasnt using it enough. So here i was waiting for nothing for 2 weeks. NOt only that, but after all these months, they keep saying I was non compliant. Noone ever told me that I had to keep in touch or anything. Nothing but lack of information to screw me over. Very very upsetting. I will be choosing a new place for my cpap supplies, this place is downright horrible service for trying to keep you updated on your stuff.
