Beware of their express service department at Austintown Bob and Chuck Eddy we just bought a 2017 wrangler jeep called for oil change and was told to bring into express . Take note of express from Jiffy lube on 224 in and out. My son went there anyways and we paid there to have done Chuck and eddys was hours wait time The receptionist told me when I called that's how it goes.. We have BMW's and their service dept is fantastic So for our first free oil change we paid somewhere else Service is bad receptionist not helpful will not go there to buy for that reason I love great service dept Take notice chuck and eddy express means fast.
If i could give it no points i would. This lady sold my mother in law a impala with blown head gaskets. It always over heat and there is a clunking sound. They promised the car was inspected and i even paid to have necessary repairs done. This woman is continually taking my money while now refusing to do re fix this car i even told her to just let me trade it in. If u can, DO NOT GO HERE !! u have been warned.
I bought a bike from Harley bike town and when I bought it it had a problem I wasn't aware of after I bought it I took it back up for it to get fixed at the service department they called me back 2 weeks later and told me my bike was fixed and ready to go I went up to pick the bike up rode it home and it was doing the same thing I took the bike back in multiple times now they are telling me there is nothing wrong with it I think they're trying to delay it until my warranty runs out on the bike that's how dirty they are I will not buy another bike there
Great dealership, friendly staff. They're building a new building which looks cool. But a very laid back inclusive environment
$690 + dollars for 100,000 mile maintenance. One spark plug wire was cracked and they had to replace all and the fuel was lean so they had to clean the gum out. I only had 80,000, plus a $73.00 charge for whatever ( I really don't know). I am definitely unhappy with the final cost!!!!! I have a GM warranty, but it don't cover maintenance.
The worst experience known to man. I advise you not to ever step foot in this place. Waste of time and money. Especially when it comes to fixing parts they will stiff you I promise the mechanic to me is a fake looks like he stapled my Catylic converter together..
This was the worst experience I've ever had with an auto mechanic. The mechanic, Paul, was unprofessional and unskilled. He was not upfront with prices. He acted paranoid and spoke in jumbled words over the phone. He asked for cash upfront to buy the parts. The whole operation was a joke. Thank God I took my car somewhere else.
Donnell Ford has a great friendly atmosphere! Great customer service and informative about their products!
My husband and I purchased a car from there this past weekend. We arrived there just a few minutes before closing time, but our salesman Demetrius was not concerned about the time and assured us that there was no rush. His goal was to get us the car we wanted with the price we needed. He did just that. He was kind and patient as was the remaining staff, while we looked at different cars past closing time. The entire staff has been friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a beautiful, reliable car and great customer service, Boardman Nissan is the place to go!
I purchased a 2012 Nissan Quest. There were several "miscommunications" in the purchase with the manager present. After I wrote several bad reviews the management fixed the three "miscommunications." I called the salesman to thank him and let him know I appreciated all of his hard work. SAD day when the guy at the bottom takes the fall for the middle man that Ok'd the deal, was present, and is the "manager." Salesman can't make ANY deals without management in an auto dealership. I think Shane was just one of the honest "good guys" that don't belong with other used car salesmen. I am sure he will go much further with a crew of men with integrity. The manager said the key cost him $75 in our original conversation and then when I went to pick up the vehicle he said it cost him over $200. Which story is right?
