DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!! I bought a pt cruiser the same day going home my speedometer went out on the high way. Then the next day it stalled out so I called Doug the owner and he said take it to his mechanic for his mechanic to look at it so his mechanic looks at it and tells me there’s nothing wrong so I had to drive all the way back home which is a 45 minute drive and it was still doing the same thing except the check engine light would only flash and then it would stall out so I called Doug again and he told me he couldn’t do nothing that I bought it as is so I waited a couple weeks until I was on the highway and my car stalled out and I almost got into a car accident because I had to pull over to the side of the highway so the next day I got it to start and I drove it from my house to Austin town again and it stalled out six times getting there I talk to the owner he said he wanted his mechanic to look at it and if the mechanic found there was nothing wrong he would buy it back well the mechanic came back four days later and said there was nothing wrong so Doug told us he would make us an offer on the car so the next day he called my dad told him that if we didn’t come get the car he was going to put in impound. The car they sold me is dangerous extremely dangerous it’s air bag light has been on they said it was just a lose wire under the seat I unplugged it plugged it back in and it’s still on!! They are nice to your face but once you got the lemon they will lie until they can’t lie anymore! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BUY A LEMON.
Beware of their express service department at Austintown Bob and Chuck Eddy we just bought a 2017 wrangler jeep called for oil change and was told to bring into express . Take note of express from Jiffy lube on 224 in and out. My son went there anyways and we paid there to have done Chuck and eddys was hours wait time The receptionist told me when I called that's how it goes.. We have BMW's and their service dept is fantastic So for our first free oil change we paid somewhere else Service is bad receptionist not helpful will not go there to buy for that reason I love great service dept Take notice chuck and eddy express means fast.
If i could give it no points i would. This lady sold my mother in law a impala with blown head gaskets. It always over heat and there is a clunking sound. They promised the car was inspected and i even paid to have necessary repairs done. This woman is continually taking my money while now refusing to do re fix this car i even told her to just let me trade it in. If u can, DO NOT GO HERE !! u have been warned.
I bought a bike from Harley bike town and when I bought it it had a problem I wasn't aware of after I bought it I took it back up for it to get fixed at the service department they called me back 2 weeks later and told me my bike was fixed and ready to go I went up to pick the bike up rode it home and it was doing the same thing I took the bike back in multiple times now they are telling me there is nothing wrong with it I think they're trying to delay it until my warranty runs out on the bike that's how dirty they are I will not buy another bike there

$690 + dollars for 100,000 mile maintenance. One spark plug wire was cracked and they had to replace all and the fuel was lean so they had to clean the gum out. I only had 80,000, plus a $73.00 charge for whatever ( I really don't know). I am definitely unhappy with the final cost!!!!! I have a GM warranty, but it don't cover maintenance.
I purchased a 2002 Impala from Ken Simpson in June 2016 along with a warranty, recommended by Ken, through his dealership from CARS Protection out of Murrysville, PA. Driving 1200 miles in less than 3 weeks, the engine failed as per a Chevy master mechanic and needed a new engine. The warranty I bought ended up not covering the engine Upon notifying Ken that the car he just sold me was already inoperable he told me he could offer no help and to bank on the warranty. In hind sight, I feel Ken knew there was an issue with the vehicle which is why he pushed the warranty. I was sold a car and a warranty that were useless within 3 weeks of purchase. I am very dissatisfied with Simpson Motors' business practice and that of the warranty company Ken referred me to. I strongly advise anyone to avoid Simpson Motors, LLC. In addition, I would strongly urge people to avoid CARS Protection Plus.
I called and spoke with Mr Beshara prior to going into the JEWELRY store. I explained I wanted rings APPRAISED. He said to come in. When I went in he told me that her rings were old (No kidding????!!!!) had an old miners cut. They were only worth $125 because he would have to have the diamond re-cut and mounted in a new setting. Does he think I'm an idiot? Something that is ANTIQUE has more value, something that was hand cut (as a miner's diamond is) has MORE value! I was not there to pawn or sell jewelry and Mr Bashara knew that. Yet he still LIED about the value of my rings ...perhaps he was hoping I had lied and was there looking for quick money. He was wrong. And he is shady for lying. I took a pair of earrings to be repaired at a real jewelry store and the jeweler in there told me that with just a quick look at them under her magnifier that one of the bands was worth $1200 and the other worth $1500.
If I could give a negative rating I would! We bought a car in January 2016 and no sooner drove it off the lot and it was shaking, pounding, ticking, and Dominic's comment was "That sounds like a bad engine!". He won't void the sale and his solution is to buy the car back from us. We took it to a local dealership and found there is over $10,000 worth of repairs that need to be made. It's not safe to drive and because we stopped payment on part of the payment, he won't release the title. So the car has just been sitting in my driveway for over 5 months. I can't believe he goes home and kisses his kids and sleeps at night. What a jerk! Karma will catch up.
No problem I bought a car from Dominic , it needed an electric switch, I ordered it picked it up myself, replaced it, Sent Dominic the old switch and reciept, 2 Days I got my check for the switch, No Problem. Why would you people want to Fight with someone who is helpful, I'll Deal there Again.
