After getting the run-around and being told I would have to wait DAYS from other local businesses to get my refrigerator fixed, Pro-Tech was at my house within an hour. Excellent service, took awhile to get parts but that was GE not them, the tech even called ge for me to find out when they would get them and called me back within 30 minutes. the day they got them they scedualed the repair for the next day. All the employees were nice amd respectful. Thanks for fixing my dishwasher!! Great service!

ZERO!! WORST COMPANY! If i could rate this company a zero i would. I have a home depot protection plan. They came out said they needed to order the part. 3 WEEKS before they even had the parts. No one would ever call with an update. I kept being told it was back ordered. Finally i called in and they said they got one part and scheduled me for Friday so i made sure i was home for this. I called (again i called) yesterday and they told me they were just seeing my availability for Friday but didn't schedule me. Told me they could do Saturday. I said i can't in the morning but can in the afternoon. I JUST received a call from them saying the technician has to be done earlier so they would need me to be home earlier tomorrow or schedule me for next week. INSANE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. REPORTED to home depot and anyone else i could think of.
Our Samsung washer is under warranty through Lowes. They were contracted through Lowes to repair it. The service tech stated that it needed a new seal and that it would be ordered that day and installed within a week. After a week went by, I contacted them. The woman first stated that they needed authorization before it was ordered. Next, she stated that she really didn't know what was going on, that once an order is placed, she doesn't remember it until it comes across her desk again. When I questioned her further about this, she then tried another excuse, stating that Samsung was "out of the seals." I contacted Samsung and was told that they have never been out of seals. Turns out that this company has a "D" rating from the Better Business Bureau. I called the corporate office of Lowes, informing them of what type of company they are using to service their appliances. I am getting a new washer because of this, but will be without one for three weeks. I doubt that they will be servicing appliances purchased at Lowes in the future. Horrible service.
My Whirlpool washer is under warranty through Lowes .... Scheduled a service through them to repair my washer.. Had a date of 9-11 they call me on 9-9 and say I'm calling about your appointment tomorrow!! Um no! I am at work all day that's why my appointment is Friday 9-11... So Friday comes no call! I call them and say I wanted to confirm my appointment for today.. She ask me where I am from I tell her and she says we were out that way yesterday... We are not out that way today!!!! Really!!! I have my email with the repair date!! So I ask her so my appointment is not happening today!? She says no! Okay so I call Lowes back make a complaint and go with a different company! I have a family of four I need my washer!! Beware of this company!!! I would use someone else!
The initial visit was scheduled through the warranty company. After that, they call you a day before they are coming to tell you they are coming. So not impressed. We work and can't just call off work for dishwasher repairs. Ridiculous. Still waiting on them to call us...
Lowe's scheduled them to repair my dryer which is under warranty. They never showed up or bothered to call. I am not happy that I took time off work to wait and they never showed up. They said, "Oh sorry, I did not get around to calling you." Now that is awful service.
My refrigerator was just two years old and stopped running, and I wasn't sure who to call since I've never had an appliance break like this before. I looked on this app and found Clausen. He had a good review so I took a chance and couldn't have been happier...he was on time, neat and now my fridge works great! He even tried a few things with me on the phone to get it working...like an easy fix kind of thing...what a nice person!! I would recommend him to everyone I know!
Great guy! I explained the problems I was having and he told me what to do before we scheduled a service call to see if it were a simple fix. I'm glad I called him first and will again when I have a more serious issue. I highly recommend Clausens.
