The Division of Fiscal Accounting Services provides a range of services to county departments. It offers services through accounts payable, payroll and utility billing sections. Accounts payable makes payments to vendors, jurors and employees. The Division of Fiscal Accounting Services maintains insurance schedules for county real estates, vehicles and other personal properties. It offers accounting services for workers' compensation. The division provides billing services for transportation charges, scales usage, grass cutting, demolition, and other county services and charges. Its utility billing section offers billing services for sewer maintenance charges, trash collection and water fees. The division additionally offers mailing services.
