Wellspan Neurologys' Saint Charles Way location is a train wreck. Everything bad you've heard, believe it. I've never seen such a poorly run group of professionals. They're completely out of touch with the needs of their patients. People who are in such severe pain that they can't walk, can't drive, it's difficult for a lot of them to even get in there yet when they show up at the desk they're at times asked to wait for hours. One Dr. in particular repeatedly inconveniences his patients without the slightest evidence of an apology whatsoever. I was able to take a friend to his appointment recently, he couldn't drive himself, and I was amazed at the level of non-responsiveness. Totally unprofessional outfit. Not being from PA, I can only hope that not all practices across the state are like this one. If I could I would give 0 stars.
NEVER AGAIN. After my father was treated for hydrocephalus with the surgical implant of a shuntin his brain. His neurosurgeon left the following day on vacation. The hospital released my father inspite of his pain and distress. In little over a month my father passed away from infection and complications from this surgery. The lack of compassion displayed for my father and family was disturbing but I still held out hope that I would receive better treatment for my spinal issues but after my visit today I have absolutely no trust in the competence or compassion of the staff at this medical center. I will not recommend anyone to get treatment here. I would receive warmer reception from a brook trout
