The Worst EVER don't use their services. They was late, the dispatcher is a rude ignore person that needs to find where they belong in the world. please grow up and clean your cab do better people please
The dispatcher doesn't even give accurate waiting times and is rude when you call back asking where the cab is. Worst service for real. Drivers texting and driving. Does not take the quickest way to your destination. AWFUL service. Too the dispatcher if you can't be courteous to your customers find a new job... Like warehouse work where no one has to deal with your bad attitude
Terrible service...waited over an hour for a cab that was supposed to arrive within 30-40 minutes... called the driver who said he would be anther 10-15 minutes which was fine, but when I called back after another 45 minutes of waiting, I got ignored and sent to voicemail which resulted in me having to call another cab company and waiting another hour to get picked up...the other cab company was prompt and professional and u should call them instead 717-244-2900
I had bad experiences with this company. At least three drivers ignored my directions and took me home using the long way...just to make a few more dollars. Also, the dispatcher never gave me the correct waiting time...they always say 15 minutes, but the truth is more than 1 hour. They made me be late for work and for appointments. Thi cab company doesn't respect their clients.
Worst company in York, PA! The dispatcher is very rude and the drivers are disrespectful. When I ask about the waiting time they always say "15 minutes" but the reality is 1 hour or more! They never respect my time.
Help the people that work there be more responsible

Awful customer service! I called for a cab and was told it'd be about 10 to 15 mins. A half hour later there was no cab so I called to inquire and the dispatcher said he would call the driver and have him call me with an ETA. Another half hour passed and I had not received a call, nor had I been picked up. I called again and this guy started getting angry with me, talking over me and yelling. He then said he was going to cancel my cab and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor, which happened to be the same guy, who just continued to give me attitude. I too work in customer service and I believe you should do what you say you are going to do and if you cannot, then you should have the courtesy of letting your client know. I understand they may have been busy, but regardless, it does not sit right with me that he got angry with me when I was given false promises.Ideally, I would like to see better training for the employees at Harrisburg City Cab and/or a better taxi service for York, PA. My intentions on reporting are, more realistically, to make others (customers and management) aware of the poor service being provided. I have heard others complain about the drivers, but seeing as they never picked me up, I cannot really speak on that.
I called nearly 12 hours in advance to make sure a cab was available and the man I spoke with was literally one of the nicest dispatchers I've ever heard from any cab company. The driver himself even called an hour before arrival time to verify my pick-up location. However, when the time came I was left standing outside in the cold. This was during a winter night, after my work shift, and after the store had closed up. If I didn't have such kind coworkers that insisted they help me get home safely then I'm not sure what I would have done. I did not want to inconvenience them so I was disappointed. I got a call about 20 minutes later from the cab company but by that time I said forget it!
Called them at 9:00 and they said they could be there at 10:00 without a problem. Called them at 10:15 and he said 10mins. Called them at 10:45 and he said he was on the way. At 11:00 he said that there was no way that they could get a cab to us tonight and threatened to press charges if we called again. 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave 0.
