Quality is very high and once the staff explained how they do hot tubs, it was abundantly clear that they cover all aspects of the spa to provide the most efficient system and most reliability. I bought one that was a little more than the other spa I was looking at because they are rated at well below normal operating costs. Its only costing me like $10 a month! Plus the massage is so nice. Not floating out of the seat anymore like my last one. Which they removed for me. Totally impressed!

Erica gave me a great deep tissue massage. She found all my tight spots, and worked on them until the tightness went away. I felt great afterword.
We had an ok experience with this company until our hot tub went out of warranty. It started leaking and they told me that it costs $300 to lift the tub and $300 to lower it to fix the problem. They also said that it will cost me $500 to remove the hot tub. They never mentioned that they had a tub trade-in program and that my top of the line hot tub ($8K new) still has a lot of value in it. I found out that I can trade it in from other companies that I started calling thinking of buying a replacement. Finally, I called Crystal Pools and they offered to take a look to give me a second opinion. They fixed the leak for $160.00 and never had to lift it. In fact, they told me that lifting is almost never required. In addition to the above, Alicia in service doesn’t like answering her phone and never calls back the same day and often doesn’t call back at all. I spent thousands of dollars buying chemicals from them since I purchased my hot tub 8 years ago. It is unfortunate that they don’t value their customers.
