I am very pleased with my technician Brandon. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. He quickly figured out the issue with my washing machine and had it fixed and running in under 30 minutes. It is still working perfectly. I highly recommend.
Dylan was on time, polite and experienced. He knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator and came prepared with the parts to fix it on the spot. Dylan explained what was wrong, why and how he fixed it.From my first call to Apex just talking to the intake person I knew this was a professional outfit.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling completely. The appliance was under warranty and Apex was the local company to respond. First of all they would not come out to look at the appliance to see what was wrong - they simply spoke to me and ordered a part. I called back the next day and asked them to come out and look at the appliance and they said it wasn't necessary because they had expertise with LG refrigerators and knew what was wrong. Frustrated, I have followed up every week on this part with Apex and the warranty company and have repeatedly stated Apex has not even looked at the refrigerator. Well beginning 5 weeks without a refrigerator a technician finally shows up with the part...and within less than 5 minutes states the part will not fix the problem, it was something else and he had to see if the required parts were in stock at Apex and IF the parts are in stock a technician could come out next Monday....so the saga continues. If Apex would have come out when initially contacted (or multiple times there after), this fiasco could have been prevented! I have never experience such poor service and would not recommend this company to anyone - STEER CLEAR!!!
They have terrible customer service. We are in the process of waiting 4 weeks to get our fridge repaired. They ordered the parts and said they called my husband last week to schedule a time to schedule a repair. They called the wrong phone number. My husband called them today (Monday) for the second time and they said the parts are in but they don't have time to do it until next Monday!!! 5 weeks without our 2 yr old fridge. I will never use them again.
NOT A GOOD OUTFIT!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM... THEY HAD TOLD ME THE PART ALONE WOULD COST ME $776.00 AND THAT WAS WITHOUT LABOR TO REPAIR MY TV. SO I PICK UP TV TO TAKE ELSE WHERE, AND THE TOTAL TO REPAIR MY TV WAS $80.00PLUS I WOULD BE VERY LEERY OF USEING THEM FOR OTHER REASONS I CANNOT MENTION HERE...
Never showed up as scheduled to fix my dryer, called Samsung and they said York closed out my ticket and said they replaced the heater. What a piece of crap business!!I can't believe Samsung would use such a shady outfit to represent them.
My name is Jason Parsons I am very satisfied with York Electronics they told me it would take about two and a half to 3 weeks to get my TV back and I got my TV back in less than a week and a half they ordered the LCD screen which she said would come in and days It came in 2 I'm very satisfied great job York Electronics absolutely amazing job
Made an appointment and they never showed up or called. When we called them they said the part wasn't there. Then they said it would be in two more days and guess what they didn't show up. Finally they came and we're glad to take our money. We were told they would email a receipt. ....guess what it never was emailed. Called them back and they said they would get to it right away. Ha ha. Still hasn't been sent.
First and foremost, they actually have humans answering the phone. I left messages all day long with everyone in the book. They booked me for the same afternoon (thank GOD-it was HOT and I was irritable) The guy showed up and fixed my air conditioner and it was reasonable (another co. said I needed a whole new unit). So far, the house is cool. Would use in the future.
