Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend! The staff and the doctor are more than accommodating and always put their patients first!

Long waiting times for scedualed appointments , The office staff must book 10 kids for the same time slot, As for the unhappy and unprofessional people checking you in and out, they should finde workers who can deal with the public. Cant wait for my kids braces to come off.
I do not recommend Dr. Seitz to anyone... First, because he is not a licensed anesthesiologist, general anesthesia will not be covered by many insurances (even though his office staff may assure you it will be). Second, when I experienced life-threatening complications related to my surgery, he lied about it, despite physical evidence to the contrary and debriefing from other surgical staff explaining to me what happened. After he learned that I knew what happened, he refused to let me talk to the woman who debriefed me, pretended he didn't know who she was, falsified my records (yes, you read that correctly), and cancelled my follow-up appointment. I won't be back, and I will warn everyone I know to avoid him.
Dr Seitz rushed through pulling a tooth while another patient was under anesthesia. Had stitches sitting on the tray but didn't use. I was left in pain for a week. He wouldn't give me anymore pain killers. I had to go back and have the rest of the tooth removed and then got stitches and NO pain killers. He said he about scrubbing it to make it heal more correctly but he didn't say that he found more pieces of tooth and I know what I saw come out of my mouth. There was more yanking on what was left. There was no scrubbing. I will never go back to him. They shouldn't be overlapping appts. I needed more pulled and went to dr waltz. He was nice but gets mad when you complain about pain afterwards. Too bad Ragland retired, he was great.
The staff at Susquehanna OMS were all helpful and friendly. Dr. Waltz took care to answer questions and inform me during the consultation, and was considerate of what I wanted. The procedure was over much quicker than I had expected, and it was fairly painless. The finances person (Jamie Lynn) was very helpful in explaining insurance coverage and discussing my options. I will definitely come to Susq. OMS the next time I need a dental surgery.
I was referred here by my family dentist. I asked to be awake for the procedure, but Dr. Seitz insisted that I would have to be put under general anesthesia for it. Since we couldn't come to an agreement, I decided to go elsewhere and I got stuck with an $80 consultation fee which was not covered by insurance because Dr. Seitz didn't do any actual work. If you want a surgeon who is more considerate of what you want, you are better off going to Susquehanna OMS (specifically Dr. Waltz) in York.
