Very poor food quality

I have frequented your establishment many, many times and always looked forward to doing so.

On July 19, 2009 I ordered your breakfast sandwich at 9:15 a.m. and times have surely changed! Not only was the egg like eating a piece of rubber (from laying around way too long for consumption), the bread was soggy, and the entire sandwich was cold Actually soggy and cold!! How very disappointing. A sandwich which (in the past) was excellent is now your typical "Fast Food" piece of junk.

A month prior I had ordered a salad and had to return it to the counter due to the greens being rotted and wilted. I (at that time) advised them not to mess up a good thing by serving stuff like that. Look at what you are serving!!

I hope three times will not be the norm and that you will take heed and someone in authority will check up on the employees you are hiring who represent you in their preparation of your foods. There are numerous restaurant chains that became lax in observing what their employees are serving from the kitchen and lose customers until they must close down. It was your good food that enables you to enjoy the public frequenting your establishment because "word of mouth" is your best advertisement.

A very disappointed customer.
