However, be advised of dealing with a terrible secretarial staff who has no interest in being helpful. To Innerst, you are NOT a customer...just another number. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you'd actually like to be treated like a person. Perhaps Hawn's on Carlisle Road.
My husband and his family have been customers at Nello for years. I had $700 worth of new tires placed on my car, at Nello, three months ago. This morning I drove 30 miles, from Harrisburg, and walked in at 11am. They were not closing until 1pm. I was "greeted" by Frank, a very annoyed and unpleasant man. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. This was only the second time I'd been into the shop. Frank was not pleased, stating that I would probably have to be there until 1pm. That was fine because I was prepared to wait. However, was so taken aback by Frank's attitude, that I'd forgotten to ask for an inspection as well. My inspection had been performed at Nello last year. I would have made an appointment, but they don't take them on Saturdays, which unfortunately is the only day I could ever get there from Harrisburg. Had Frank or any of the techs cared about business, they would have noticed that my inspection expires at the end of the month and would have wanted to complete that service for me or at least pointed out that it was due soon. Needless to say, I will never drive to York again for any service at Nello. God bless you, Frank.
I thank my lucky stars that a friend suggested I call Wilmer Miller's Garage when I was having transmission trouble. For about two years, the car occasionally revved up to 3000 rpm and would only go 25 mph. My mechanic recommended a new transmission, which I could not afford at the time.When my mechanic retired and the problem reoccurred, I went to a new mechanic who also said I could use a new transmission. I called Wilmer Miller's on the recommendation of a friend. Chris (I think he is the new owner) told me just drop the car off so he could check it out. A few hours later he called and said I just had a loose cable, which he fixed. The cost was $80.00 to fix the loose cable vs. $2400.00 for a new transmission. His bill was low and very detailed, explaining the steps to diagnose the problem. A few weeks after Chris at Wilmer Millers fixed my transmission I had the car in to mount new tires. While there I mentioned that the 60/40 back seat would not drop open on one side. Another shop had given me an estimate of $182.00 to fix this latch. I wanted Chris to check out this seat and see if he could fix it for less. It was almost dark by this time, the car was outside, not in the garage under lights, Chris fiddled with the seat release and said he could feel a latch, He asked if there was a lock or something on this seat. I got a flashlight, looked at the back of the seat, and sure enough, there was a small switch which was in the locked position. I flipped the switch, the seat came loose and dropped right down. Chris did not charge me anything for this fix, which is $0.00 vs $182.00. The shop that gave me the $182.00 estimate had my car a full day, in a garage, under lights. Chris fixed it in the parking lot in the dark in a few minutes.I trust this shop, they are honest and knowledgeable, everything you would want in a mechanic.
Great business very helpful and informative. Dont listen to the old reviews on here there has been a change of ownership. I can say i wouldnt trust my car with anyone else in the york county area definitely 5 star service. They are honest and stuck to the estimate i was giving for my repairs and actually came in a bit under. Im very pleased with this garage and will be refering friends and family!

Had a tire removed and another one replaced, they never put the spare back on the car. Had a flat no spare, had to have the car towed to my house. Well the Mgr I assumed said we don't have it well where did it go. He just threw his hands in the air. Now I have to get another spare tire. Just didn't care at all just went on waiting on someone else and pushed me to the side.
