I brought 4 of my grandkids to see the free movie on Wednesday, july 25. something was wrong with the theatre and they were not showing the movie. well I had 4 disappointed little kids on my hands. I know it was a technical problem that could not be helped, but I think Frank theaters could have left us see another movie for free after we made the trip there and the kids were so excited to see the movies, after all, the place was not busy at 1000 in the morning and there were plenty of empty seats in all the other theaters. I just think, for a company as big a yours, some kind of consideration for the kids would have made a big difference.
the prices are the best out there, seating is top notch, never any long lines, self serve drinks and you can put your own butter on your popcorn !!!!! great place !!
My wife and I went to see the movie, Dough last night. The movie was terrific , with great acting and a very enjoyable plot. We used to go to the Point of View theatre in Millersville to see art and independent movies, and we are so glad that Patti has brought these great movies to York.
Went to see Doris the movie is boring a waste of time and money. It is so bad that you schould receive a refund....
Very difficult on handicapped people to get in and out of the two front doors. It would be nice to have a button to push to open the doors since I am in a wheelchair. My husband and I are senior citizens. I have no complaints about the theater. In fact it's very comfortable, the employees are great, the popcorn is wonderful. It's getting in and out of the place that makes me want to return to Regal Theaters at the West Manchester Mall.
comfortable seating and pleasant atmosphere
snacks overpriced but everything else is great
