Our family purchased our first boat ever this year from York Harbor Marine. And I must say it was extremely disappointing. I found John the owner to not only be unprofessional and disorganized, but also extremely disrespectful toward our family. This spring when we picked up our vessel, we were not happy with the cleaning services that we paid for in full. When my wife complained to John about the poor job, he lost his temper and physically yelled at my wife. I have never seen such a person act this way toward a paying customer. I feel swindled and disrespected by this Marine shop and owner. You should never raise your voice in a confrontational manner to a customer let alone a female.
