        Rude orthodontist

        I'm giving this office 1 star and that is only for great staff. The front office and assisting staff (dental hygenists) are awesome, very friendly. However, the orthodontist we have, Lyndi Bach, is one of the rudest and coldest people you will ever meet. She can make a child feel horrible about themselves and has absolutely no issue in trying to embarass and humiliate patients in front of staff and waiting patients. I have witnessed her telling patients about how horrible their dental hygiene is. I have seen these children and their parents walk out to face patients waiting out in the lobby red faced. I would and have told others asking who my orthodontist is to go elsewhere. I would recommend Dr. Abari in Diamond Bar, my oldest son used him and he was awesome. Do not subject your children to Ms. Bach, they will never feel comfortable going to this office. As soon as we are finished with braces, we are looking for another dental office for our dental needs.
