Had the same experience as Kristin A. Lie after lie after lie. No integrity whatsoever. Very frustrating and disappointing.
We ended up terminating our agreement due to failure to complete work in a timely manner. We were quoted 4-6 weeks on a small backyard and 7 months later we were still waiting for this job to be completed. Workers would not show up and Jim/Stephanie would not return phone calls or text messages. Very disappointing and time consuming.
