Super friendly and knowledgeable employees, eager to help. By far my favorite Best Buy in the area! Plenty of parking (especially if you park in back by Petsmart as the store also has a rear entrance. Nice layout, clean store. I frequent this one over a few others around.

We had a HIDEOUS customer service experience with these people. Purchased a laptop and Geek Squad service. Geek Squad failed to fix the problem repeatedly, and kept assuring us everything was fine until the return period ran out. Now we're stuck with a $500 computer we don't want/need. They wouldn't even give store credit. Warning. Stay far, far away!!
