I'll put it this way-the only meaningful & one on one contact with a animal came from the "volunteers" rather than the "City Employees". hopefully the weekday staff is better or these 50+ baby and adult felines are doomed.... a fish rots from the head down!
We hired Diana's Angels to take care of my mom on the weekend of March 13-16, 2015 when she came home from hospital after breaking her hip. They sent a home health aide (not a nurse the first day) who began caring for mom without a nursing care plan that day. The next day a nurse came and assessed her and wrote a care plan. She had me sign a contract stating that Diana's Angels would care for her until the morning of March 16th when VNS was coming in to take over. The price specified in contract was $1,584. I gave them a check for that amount.They stayed with mom as agreed but then sent a bill for $1,848--$260 more than we had agreed upon in the contract. When I called them, Alexandra told me that the aide stayed longer than the time allotted by the contract (although VNS did arrive at 9:00 on March 16 as scheduled and therefore there would be an extra $264 charge.Avoid this agency if seeking care for an elderly loved one.

At the timew the # credit burues had records of inaccurate information on landlord Milio management po box Yonkers Ny 10702 (914)423-5022 case # 762051 1800-341-8441 sold a store on South Broadway across from Mc Donald,s to a muirder name San Fransisco @ Ortiz and there statement was the employees that was related to landlord was high when they sold to the defendant. This information was represented that the employees was getting high because it was recorded in court about security guards
Please !! Please !!! Stay away from this company . They're a bunch of liars and thieves . I'm waiting for over two weeks now for my fridge to be fix and Betsy only giving me excuses . They're unprofessional ,shady and rude . They cash my check the same day so of course I can wait over two weeks until my refrigerator to get fix . Don't waste your time speaking to the manager because she's nasty lady . I promise to write bad review on this company on every website !!!! D
I was frustrated with my new oven because its not even a year old and already Im having issues with it. SO FRUSTRATING!@!!!! When I called they explained step by step what to expect under the warranty. I didn't feel like they were rushing me off the phone, they took their time explaining everything about how the warranty works with new appliances. At least they explained more than the place I bought it from, brand new piece of junk. Anyway thanks Able & Ready for your honesty. By the way I spoke to someone different all the time and I didn't have to keep explaining my story over and over again, they had it all the information in front of them every time I called, so that was a relief, not to keep repeating my story. Thanks for being on the ball.
READ THIS, READ THISI've worked with them for nearly 6 years now... Recently I had them work on my fridge and dishwasher without any hitch (as always). My experience has always been positive with the staff as well as the technicians. I am aware that several people use the web to write bad reviews when they simply don't get their way(no matter how unreasonable their request). I'm very familiar with this because I have my own company & have been subject to this... Good job Able and Ready, & get all your good customers to write how happy they are with your service, I'm sure they'll drown out all the negatives listed here:)
I am sorry there is not a '0' Star option here. The company is unprofessional and rude. In fairness, I will say that the two service techs who came to my house were nice. Beyond that, they were not dressed in any service uniform (t-shirt with a sticker), they came a bit early and refused to wait 5 minutes for me to get back home (though they came back when I called again from home and they were still nearby). BUT, the worst thing -- the two service technicians came to my house driving a ford mustang....needless to say, they don't carry ANY parts in the little trunk of the mustang, so don't expect to get ANYTHING fixed during the first visit. The office, in further discussions, were rude and obnoxious, hung up on me at least twice, and refused to let me speak with the owner and discuss the issue I was having. When a customer politely requests to speak with the Manager/Owner (Gary), who was there and available because they kept putting me on hold to check with him, it is just so discourteous and rude to refuse -- "that's why he has an office staff, to speak with customers like you" -- he simply refused to have a brief conversation with a CUSTOMER. I find this absurd!Find a company that is professional, courteous, and sends technicians in service vans with at least a basic supply of parts, "ABLE & READY" to repair an appliance, so as not to delay repairs by an additional week while parts are ordered and ANOTHER service call scheduled.
Folks looking for quality service and dependability, please do yourself a favor and find a reputable service provider, because Able & Ready is not the least bit able nor are they even close to ready for prime time. This place is a FIASCO from top to bottom... from the surely receptionist who is clueless on the phone, to the "manager" is was supposed to oversee quality control to the complete lack of service. We ordered a simple refrigerator part about two months ago, and two months and dozens of calls/complaints later, no part has been delivered and no service provided. Every call is met with the same line: "we're working on it, should be here in XX days." It's all lies. My next step is a call to the Better Business Bureau because this operation should cease to exist and be closed down for good so other consumers can avoid the disappointment, lack of service and all around hassle I have experienced. Shame on you, Able & Ready.
Def the worst "system" ever! Consistently 2 - 3 workers while there's 100s in the waiting area..but at least 4 workers in the middle area doing God knows what...how about u pull up a chair, turn a comp on & help the customers waiting... Then u get ur turn & its like u kept them waiting...ug-mugs! Def go somewhere else if u can!
