I had the worst experience, took 4 hours to change rotors and brakes it’s only 2 hours job, such a rip off stay away , will never do business again

I brought my car here because a family member recommended me, it was the worst advice ever! Long story short, I drive a Mercedes Benz. It needed repair after a front passenger side accident. Mind you that my check engine light never went off even after the accident. I went to pick up my car after repair was finally finished after being promising it would be done a week and a half prior. As I get into my car to take it off the repair site, I notice my check engine light is on. So, I calmly inform the manager about the issue. When I tell you, he went from 0-100 REAL QUICK!!!!He started calling me a thief. That I wanted everything for free, he's going to call the cops me if I don't leave the premises. I was so dumbfounded trying to figure out where this was coming from. I had only been to the shop two times. Once to deliver my car & sign paper work, the other to pick up my car. I sat back & informed him that he should call the cops. I paid him a handsome amount he willingly accepted for an incomplete service. I wanted to see him try to explain his story to the police.After the common sense of my words finally registered to him, he told one of his mechanics to look into the matter. The mechanic was able to fix the issue easily. All of a sudden as I'm leaving, the manager comes out again and begins to calling me all sort of disrespectful words in public. Beware.

I had the same problems as the person above. Terrible location. If I could give it no stars I could. I had an accident and the estimate was 10 days. They kept telling me it would be ready "Friday". Friday kept passing. Finally it was picked up and the suspension was not working in the back. They admitted they did not test drive it. They kept telling me it would be ready "Friday". Finally I had it towed to BMW and they made the tow company wait to pick it up. My new mechanic found that the air bag light was on. After 40 days and no car I am very frustrated and there is a list of things that are still wrong with the car. Do not go here. Even if you have it towed here and have to pay out of pocket to get it towed somewhere else, it is worth your time, frustration and energy to have someone else fix your car.

Almeida is a great auto body shop and Joe is the best! He fixed my 2014 Maserati for a reasonable price and made it look brand new! There is nobody better. Over the years, I've brought him Mercedes Benz's and several BMW's and they all came out perfectly! I am a car guy so I wouldn't settle for anything less than mint and Joe and Almeida deliver every time. I highly recommend him for his work and for his friendly attitude. He takes pride in every job he does. He even goes the extra mile and cleans and waxes the entire car. It always looks like I just drove it out of the showroom.

Not an honest business! Person on phone lied about purchase. BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase from this company, they will not deliver your purchase!

I brought in my Audi S5 for some dents in the rear quarter panel and both bumpers. the repairs were expertly performed without any evidence of previous damage. Almeida's attention to detail didn't stop with the repairs. My car came back fully detailed down to the nooks and crannies of the wheels.this was all topped off with an excellent price. I would highly recommend almeida auto body.

Outstanding service time and again for all my auto needs! Al and his team always answer my questions. When I got into a minor accident, they had my car towed, worked with the insurance company and made the whole process super easy. When I got my car back, it looked like new. I would highly recommend them!

Be aware! Don't go there. They also have a Repair shop on the same street about 50 feet away from their body shop. A few months ago i took my truck for brake replacements and everything went well for a few months until my brakes gave way on a major highway almost hitting head on to vehicle slowing down for traffic. Slowly drove to emergency shoulder and noticed that rear brake pad came partially off the rotator disk. Problem was a missing bolt that holds the brake pad in place. Serious problem that could had cause me serious injury. Anyway, went to shop on the following day to ask for a repair or credit, but i was confronted by one of the persons in charge. threatenned and kicked out of establishment. Had to open a case with the B.B.B. WAITING FOR RESULT FROM THEM

The service at this auto body shop was absolutely amazing! After a long trying day of tickets and a car accident, I had been sent over to Al to repair my passenger's side view mirror this evening. Exhausted and low on funds, I drove over to the shop with hopes that someone would be able to help me with my problem. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by friendly faces which was exactly what I needed to see after crying crocodile tears all day. Luckily, those friendly faces were able to help me, and they did so in less than a half hour! The best part of my experience was the pricing of the job. How can you beat free? Now, I know you've read my best friend, Siobhan Clarke's review. Please let me be the first to say that there was no exaggeration in her review!!! I strongly advise and recommend that if any of you reading this are in need of some type of body work done on your car to go to Central Auto Body Collision. They're open until 6pm Monday through Friday, so don't worry about rushing over to beat the usual 5pm closing time. Also, you'll be saving a lot of money, so there will be no worries about the gas millage lost to get over there if you do not live in the area. Thank you again Al and crew for your services.
