VCA Animal healing Center in Yardley is absolutely amazing! Dr. Braz and the entire staff - Shannon, Elizabeth, Toby, Kim, and Micky are fantastic and truly care about our baby Roxie. We are 100% confident that the care they provide has prolonged her life - and we are happy to take the 3 hour round trip drive for her monthly visits. Their bedside manner is one of a kind, they are all knowledgible about her condition and treatment, and we are positive they truly care about her well being. I would recommend VCA in Yardley to anyone who cares about the happiness and well being of their 4 legged companion.

I took my little mixed Maltese there on the recommendation from some friends, and they were exactly what my friends said--caring, well trained, and overall excellent!
They are no more expensive than any other reputable animal hospital or vet, which was a relief! Plus, the place was actually clean, and it didn't stink of dog urine like so many other's I've been to.
I must admit I was very skeptical when her new vet, Dr. Braz, began ""adjusting"" my dog's back, legs, hips, etc. I thought ""oh boy.."" My little dog is getting old, arthritis from an old hip injury (hip dysplasia), and a knee surgery--so she waddles when she walks, and doesn't walk very long because of the pain.
Needless to say, given my dog's issues, I was skeptical that any manual adjustment by her vet would do any good--except of course, give her a nice massage! :-) I was wrong--Dr. Braz did indeed know exactly what she was doing! My little dog has been walking better and longer since--and doesn't waddle nearly as much as she did before! If only I hadn't been feeling ill myself at the time of the vet visit, I would have paid better attention to how Dr. Braz was adjusting my dog's back and legs, so I could continue doing this for her!
Dr. Braz also made her a special homeopathic tonic (drops) I give her twice a day. My little dog has more energy than she's had in years, and seems to be dong very well.
I highly recommend the VCA Animal Healing Center to anyone who cares for their pet!

I took my dog to Dr. Braz for a well-dog check up after getting her from the shelter. I brought her based on the recommendation of a friend and because I had just moved to the area and needed a new vet. I was shocked by several things. One, the cost was outrageous. For several shots and some lab work, I walked out with a bill in excess of $500. I mean, nothing was even wrong with my dog. I would hate to see what they would charge me if I actually had to have my dog treated for something. They even charged me a fee to dispose of my dog's fecal sample - who does that!!! I have had many dogs for over 25 years, lived in 3 states with them and been to numerous vets and NEVER been charged for that. Also, Dr. Braz, in her attempt to be ""holistic,"" was so flaky and strange, I just could not take her seriously. She actually advised me to have my dog sit next to soy products to absorb their aura, or something like that. I am not making this up. Huh?!! It was definitely a weird experience. I went because I very much believe in and respect holistic medicine but this was just hokey nonsense, and at an exhorbitant charge. There are several very good holistic vets in the area, but I'm sorry, I don't believe this is one of them. Just my opinion, for whatever it's worth.
