AVOID this place! rudest employees ever, except the 1 girl who works there, everyone else is doing you a favor talking to you. Pet friendly is a huge overstatement, pet tolerant is more like it, you must take your pet out of the park and make them go alongside a very busy and dangerous street, if it accidentally goes anywhere else they will charge you big $$$ and call it a fine. The grounds keeper is very lazy and does a terrible job. We are a gay couple and found the park very judgmental and prejudiced. They have a love of sticky notes and love to stick them on your trailer for imagined infractions of the extensive and extreme list of rules. If you want to enjoy your stay go to the state park this place sucks! the barbed wire fences tell the story of what a dangerous part of town the park is in, very scary, As well as the endless sirens going off all night long every night. I don't generally complain but this place needs to be called out. If at all possible avoid trailer inns at all costs, it has earned its really bad reputation.
Never been more insulted in my life! Other reviewers mention the assistance manager as will I. "We don't jump to your tune" This is what was said to me when a faulty electrial box would not power my A/C during a hot 105° weekend. I was told if I don't like it I can leave. Stay here if you like ants, mice, the homeless shelter two blocks away, your bike and BBQ stolen, You like to do your own yard work, enjoy being lied to by the staff and yelled at by the manager. Will NEVER stay here again. Enter at your own risk!!
First off I have never stayed in an Rv Park like this before. This is not a good thing. I've stayed in many because we travel for work. Be prepared to be in the office for at least half an hour signing papers and reading their huge list of rules. I've never seen so many rules in my life! I have a dog and they require a $50 deposit for one pet. You get it back at the end of your stay if everything is good BUT the space you pay for and your little grass patch is COMPLETELY off limits to your pet! They are not allowed in the grass!!! I could not believe this. You must take your dog to the "dog walk area" which is the tiny grass patch OUTSIDE of the park next to the sidewalk! Also they don't want you to let your dog do it's business of any kind on the way to the dog walk, even if you pick up after it! I believe this is unbelievably ridiculous in every way. We will not stay here again, along with the other workers in our group. There are SO many other rules it's just crazy. Also spring is coming and they want everyone to clean up the leaves around their spot. Isn't that part of what we pay for here?! Just simply crazy. On the other hand so far the people who work in the office are nice, the showers are decent besides the drains get backed up regularly, the mature trees are nice, and if you pay more you get a bigger spot. That about sums up the good part about this park. If there are other Rv parks in this area I highly recommend checking them out first!
This park has zero tolerance for large families! If you have more than 2 children they won't allow you to stay. No way would I recommend this park to anyone!
We rate this park very high. We had a relaxing stay at this park. The indoor swimming pool was great, hot tubs too. The hosts were great and very nice. The sites are nice and and large. The big tree's are great for the shade. This a very clean and well kept park. The hosts were very helpful and very friendly. Great Place to stay.
