I can’t speak highly enough about this family owned business!! They came out earlier then they anticipated, work was done start to finish in less then two days. All the guys were very friendly who did the work. Brain was the main one doing the work and very personable. Anytime someone asks for a recommendation for heating and cooling this is who our family recommends! Thank you for getting us up and running before it got extremely hot this summer.

Terrible company. I manage an 8 unit apartment complex. The landlord had gone through them prior to me taking the job so I contacted them to fix 2 furnaces. The first visit the guy names Robert looked at the furnace for 30 seconds and said it needed to be replaced. Then after my landlord called and said he didn't want it replaced all of the sudden it was "fixable". He claimed to fix it but it wasn't fixed. So he comes back a week later, while I'm at work. I get home shortly after he finished at my apartment, and my girlfriend says he took the brand new thermostat I had just installed, claiming it was "bad". He was still working on my neighbors furnace so I went over and asked him what happened. He said it was broken, so I asked where it was since I had just bought it and could return it. He immediately became very agitated and said he "threw it in the trash." I asked where and he began yelling at me and told me it was in his van and he would get in when he was done with the other furnace. He knocks on my door 2 minutes later with the thermostat and says something about his last customer upsetting him. I told him that was no reason to yell at me or take my new thermostat and he started yelling again, challenging me to go in the yard and fight him. I am not exaggerating. I tell him to leave before I call the cops and he says "Maybe I should leave, for your sake." I call the manager Brian freaking out, he calls me back and says he fired Robert and that he'd be out personally to fix my furnace, at which point my neighbor comes over and says hers wasn't fixed either. Brian comes out the next day and is really nice, fixing both units. However 3 weeks later when another unit is having issues, I call Platte's main number and Robert answers the phone. Brian lied and did not fire his employee that physically threatened and attempted to steal from customers. Absolutely unbelievable. Typing this review I wonder if people will believe it, that's how unbelievable it is but I kid you not, this actually happened.
