First time Tanner, ever, and left feeling inept. Asked clarifying questions and receptionist said she "didn't know". Called & asked for refund & was told by owner Amy no. Asked if she wanted to know why and responded " NO that she NEVER had any complaints". They can keep the money and I will speak poorly of this neighborhood business to all that I know. When I told owner I was going to write poor reviews, her response "have fun". Only in America can small business owners be so flippant.
Well they didn't answer the phone, and now they closed So if I really needed or had my heart set on it, too bad.
Don't go here unless if you want to come out with un-even hair. Make sure that your "stylist" doesn't overbook themselves so,that they don't rush you through your 115 dollar apointment. Do not recommend this place. Very bad service.
What a great salon. It's bright and cheerful. They all are so talented. And the salon is very clean

I am very nervous about getting my hair cut. Most of my haircut experiences have been devastating. I went a few years without a haircut because I was traumatized by the horrible stylists I'd been to in the past. 2 years ago a friend recommended Scizzors O'Hair and they have completely changed my opinion of stylists. The first time I went in, the stylist did great. The second, third, and fourth cuts were just as good. I am always going to different stylists (when I go for a haircut I get in quickly rather than waiting for a particular stylist.), and I have experienced perfection with every stylist I've been to. I go in for the latest styles and the occasional color. This is the only salon in Yakima I will visit!
I will NEVER go back. I went for the tans because I wanted to have a nice tan in my wedding dress before my wedding date. I was warned not to go because of the poor kept beds and one of the gals that worked there is very rude. I wish I had listened. I thought maybe things have changed since then. Boy was I wrong. The bulbs in the tanning bed was so thick with dust that I couldn't get a tan. I tried to explain this to the gal, which happened to be the very rude employee, and she gave me ridiculous excuses. I asked for a refund, but she said they don't do refunds and wouldn't offer a solution or was apologetic. I didn't use the rest of my package and have never went back, nor will I ever go back again.
