First time Tanner, ever, and left feeling inept. Asked clarifying questions and receptionist said she "didn't know". Called & asked for refund & was told by owner Amy no. Asked if she wanted to know why and responded " NO that she NEVER had any complaints". They can keep the money and I will speak poorly of this neighborhood business to all that I know. When I told owner I was going to write poor reviews, her response "have fun". Only in America can small business owners be so flippant.
Well they didn't answer the phone, and now they closed So if I really needed or had my heart set on it, too bad.
This is the best nail salon in town! I don't understand the negative reviews at all. Super thorough pedicure and awesome foot massages. It takes awhile, but it's because they do such a great job. Ignore the negative reviews. Must be competitors or entitled ladies.
Don't go here unless if you want to come out with un-even hair. Make sure that your "stylist" doesn't overbook themselves so,that they don't rush you through your 115 dollar apointment. Do not recommend this place. Very bad service.
What a great salon. It's bright and cheerful. They all are so talented. And the salon is very clean
Absolute worst service I've ever had at a nail salon. The owner himself did my nails and was the rudest person I've ever met.
love this place. I was having a hard time finding a nail salon that I loved and about a year ago I walked into this salon and fell in love with the quality of work they do!
Do not go here.I called and they said come in. I wrote on the sign in sheet that I wanted a manicure and pedicure. They did the manicure but then they just left me in the chair when I said I needed a manicure too. I walked over to the counter and they told me to come back in 30 minutes! When I came back two women who were behind me whrn i firsy came in were just leaving. They had gotten their pedicure and manicure and left. So that is just nuts.
As other reviewers have said, they do not honor appointments here. As a gift for my mother, my sister and I were going to take her out for manicures and lunch. We arrived on time and the place was packed. No one said anything to us, like we were invisible. After 20 minutes we decided to leave. I hope the manicures are better than their service.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN, IN ANY SALON/SPA/ PLACE OF BUSINESS IN GENERAL.RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, SNOBY, UNPROFESSIONAL MANGER. SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE NICE AND SWEET AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING BUT SOME OF THEY AND THE MANGER ARE AWFUL. SOME OF THEIR PRICING IS AVERAGE, AND SOME OF IT IS OUTRAGOUS! AND IF YOU EVER QUESTION THE PRICING THEY LIE, GET ARGUEMENTIVE, RAISE THEIR VOICE IN FRONT OF ALL CUSTOMERS, AND TRY TO REFUSE SERVICE TO YOU. SO DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND GO SOME WHERE ESLE. THE PLACE ON 40TH & SUMMITVIEW BY WALGREEN IS GOOD, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
