Wow! I am new to the area and when my air conditioning quit, I called Heifner just because their name was on the unit.

They made an appointment for later that same day, arrived EXACTLY on time, promptly identified the problem and fixed it. Then, the repairman grabbed the hose and cleaned off the filter AND showed me how to hose down the unit occasionally to keep the filter clean.

When he left, the repairman said the cost would be about $100, A couple of days later, I got a bill for exactly that. I got prompt service from a helpful and friendly repairman at a very fair price. How can you do better than that?

My air conditioning stopped, so I called Doster and he came out right away to fix it.

He fixed it without replacing any parts...you don't see that much anymore.
