Dr. Kilgore is a wonderful doctor but too bad that the Staff are not the same. I called in with what could have been a medical emergency and the woman who answered told me that it wasn't a big deal. I asked for a call from the nurse and am still waiting. Earlier, I called with a billing question and spoke with the person at the front desk. I asked for "Daniel" so I could discuss things. "Daniel" is the name on the bill whom it says to speak with. Well, I was promptly told that he was not in the office and she didn't know when he would be. She said she could help instead. I explained that there was an additional charge on my bill that was for a procedure that did not occur. The woman then went on to tell me that it was for a birth control shot I had received . . . Believe me, I would know if I had had a BC shot. Ultimately, she said she would take my number and have Daniel to call me. Sadly, I have not heard from this Daniel in almost 2 weeks of waiting. Sadly, I will ultimately have to pay for this procedure which did not occur in order to keep it from going to Collections. Sadly, I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone again.
