        I hope your experience here is better than mine was. After having my tires rotated at Collins' Auto, three lug nuts came off, rendering my car undriveable. I was several hundred miles away from home with my small granddaughters as passengers. The mechanic who repaired my car said that the lug nuts had probably not been tightened properly and gradually worked lose over the five weeks since I had the maintenance. The repair bill was more than $1000 dollars, and worse, we could all have been killed. I will never go back there again.

        Do not deal with this place. My daughter was driving cross country by herself and broke down. She got towed to Collins auto and one person told her one thing then the owner (Troy) told her something else. Troy tried to rip her off since he knew she was from out of state. I called and talked to Troy, he was as rude as could be. I've never had to deal with anyone who was that rude and shady!! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these low down rip off artist. They'll take advantage of you !!!
