Total Eye Care

This is the best eye clinic. Found a problem with my eyes, sent me to a specialists and now I am back with them. They have a great selection of glasses and the friendliest staff and doctors, they answer all your questions and concerns. They are my forever eye clinit.

I only give this business a 1 star rating because like Chad K. said, they have really rude people that work there and they are so unorganized, both in the clinic and at their lab. I called to order new lenses and the lady on the phone told me that she would order them for me. I waited and waited some more, I called them to see if they came in and I was told that they forgot to order it. I then ordered the lenses for the 2nd time. I waited, waited and waited some more. Finally, I called them and they told me that it was probably because of school starting and everything is slow. I was then told to wait a little longer. I did just that and by this time I had been waiting for a whole month. I finally called them back and they told me that they would call up the lab on Monday. That following Monday, I called them back again and instead of doing what they said they would, they decided to make the call to the lab while I was put on hold. Turned out the lab either misplaced or never got my order. I then had to place my order for lenses for the 3rd time bringing the wait to over a month now.

The glasses they have available there are cheap, flimsy, break easily and scratch super fast. Within less then 6 months, I had to order new glasses. I reluctantly called them back and asked them how fast they could get me glasses this time since the last time it was forgotten etc. Instead of asking if I wanted to place the order, the lady on the phone just told me she would place the order for me. I had to stop her and tell her I wasn't sure yet and that I would call back. I called my insurance company and asked them if I could change locations, after hearing that no matter where I went, I had to have the same glasses, I decided to go with these guys and hope they actually do their job this time. I called and told her to order it. My decision bothered me all night long and the next day I called up my insurance company again to get a second opinion . This time I got someone new and she didn't understand what I was saying obviously and told me that I could go to a different location. I called and canceled my order (keep in mind she still didn't put in the order). I told her that I am getting mixed information from my insurance company and you etc. , she rudely said, "It isn't that hard to understand and it is simple, she then explained it to me." The way she said it, made me feel dumb and sad. Then she asks me if I want to order or not and that I need to let her know by 3pm or she will not put the order in. Then she says, "You are wasting my time going back and forth like this." Keep in mind, I only called and talked with her twice and the first time I wasn't even the one who wanted to place an order for new lenses with them, it was her that was pushing for me to. I then called my insurance company one last time and they confirmed what she had said. I then went back and ordered my glasses. Unfortunately with my insurance, I am stuck with this business for 2 years. Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER, purchase glasses from this location. Apparently you can quickly annoy them, make them waste their time on you and it is to much of a burden to place an order and keep it organized. Once my 2 years are up, I am going with another business ASAP!!

Some of these guys working here need an attitude adjustment and learn to have better customer service.

Gave this place a 2 because the people that work here never return a phone call even though they say I'll call you back. The eye care glasses department personnel are down right rude and lazy. If it wasn't for the doctors I would have given a worst start rating. I could bore you with the details but all I have to say is go at your own risk. If you like laziness and rude eye glasses people this is the place for you. All ready have my whole family going to try a new place. Management team should really keep an eye on these works as they just made you lose business.
